About Chuck Redd:

A jazz virtuoso, Chuck began his career touring with the Charlie Byrd Trio at just 21 years old and became a key member of the Great Guitars with Barney Kessel, Byrd, and Herb Ellis.

With 25 European tours, six tours of Japan, and performances with icons like Dizzy Gillespie, Mel Tormé, Ray Brown, and Tommy Flanagan, Chuck’s resume is a testament to his talent and versatility.
Honored as “Best Vibist” in NYC’s Hot House Jazz Magazine Fans Decision Awards (2015 & 2016).
